JSC
“Lipetsky Khladokombinat” was
established on December, 30, 1962. Initially it
manufactured the limited-line products – ice cream in wafer and paper cups
and ice
cream bricks in wafers. In 1983 the dry ice department with rated capacity of 2, 2 tons per
day
was built. In
1991 the enterprise mastered the technology of manufacturing
eskimo (ice-cream on a stick).
The start-up of
the ice cream extrusion
production line “Streitline” in 1997 contributed to the production and sales growth, thus
allowing
our company to occupy one of the leading positions in the Russian ice cream
market.
The reconstruction of the ice
cream workshop and the installation of
the new equipment (ice-cream production lines “Rollo 32”) ended by 2000 let the
company increase the range of products by 3 times.
Nowadays 9 highly
technological modern ice cream production lines
function at the enterprise which
makes the manufacturing of up to 75 tons of ice-cream per day (about 30 000 tons per year)
possible and let us compete not only with domestic companies, but also with foreign
ones.
The visiting card of the
enterprise is the high quality of the product
as well as excellent unique taste. The ice cream under brand-name
“Lipetskoye” is
produced according to the traditional native recipes and undergoes the strict laboratory
control during all
production phases. It is manufactured from the natural and
ecologically clean raw materials, has premium quality and
conforms to the world
standards. This fact is corroborated by Certificate of Conformity to the international
quality
standards ISO 9001, which our enterprise, being the first in Russia,
obtained in 2002.
Currently JSC “Lipetsky
Khladokombinat” offers about 80
ice-cream types both with and without various flavourings and fillings. It should me
mentioned that we produce different ice-cream packaging:
ice-cream in paper and
wafer cups, ice-cream in wafer cone,
