Our aim is to expand the sales market and improve the economic situation of the enterprise by means of meeting customers' requirements and expectations in respect of quality, price, and delivery time.
The paramount aim of the enterprise is to ensure the safety of our products. The main method of achieving safety of products is the certification according to the HACCP system.
Top management lays down the guidelines of the organization and establishes conditions contributing to:
- permanent training of personnel;
- improving efficiency of the quality management system;
- complying with rules of certification according to the HACCP system;
- meeting consumers' requirements on the basis of state and international standards.
The activity of all departments is interconnected and considered as an integrated process starting with the supply of resources and ending with the output of quality products.
The enterprise prefers to cooperate with the suppliers of raw materials which ensure the stable deliveries and permanent improvement of quality of the products.
Top management takes responsibility before consumers for realization of the quality policy, making the decisions based on data analysis, and guarantees the performance by all workers of their duties in strict conformity with quality requirements determined by top management.
